Overlooking the wide expanse of the Lakshmi Villas Palace grounds rests the house with a terrace shadowed by an enormous mango tree. An open to sky staircase and connects the terrace which is underneath the Mango tree encompassed by a “C” shaped structure. The terrace houses 3 rooms, just like a typical BARSATI house.
The Central room is designed as an Informal living space with a huge glass wall to connect with the terrace and enlarge the room at wish. This juxtaposition of volumes creates a well delineated space offering adequate privacy to the outdoor during all times of the day.
