The undulating site was divided into 2 levels after the cut and fill exercise with the lower garden taking shape of the approach garden while the upper garden transformed into the deckhouse with a small pond. The house has a 8’ wide verandah acting as a deck over the POND. The approach to the house is through a bridge over the pond having Kerala sitting Gazebo. The natural terrain with a gorge provided for a deck overlooking a valley. The area is frequently visited by nilgais, rabbits, porcupines, foxes, peacocks, monkeys and tortoises.
