The expression of design for Mr. Aishwarya’s 3 bhk flat is contemporary with a colonial essence. It has a minimalistic layout plan with the profound use of earthy shades: cream to beige and brown to Mahogany. Horizontal and vertical red Maranti wood fins connect the flow of spaces around the house i.e. living room to dining to the bedrooms. The false ceiling was consciously avoided to get the full ceiling height of 10’ justifying the design theme.
